What are the best aspects of this product?

For me, the best thing about this is how user-friendly it is. There are a lot of similarities with MS Word that made it easy for me to get used to it. I also liked how the conversion process to Word Docs was so easy to do.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I encountered some difficulty updating to a new version because the operating system I was using was out of date. I also began to encounter a lot of glitches the longer I used it, which made it hard to operate.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It allowed to still continue working with Word Docs without having to shell out money to get MS Word.
