What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the multiple features that come with this. There are so many tools included that I found it easy to use this as an alternative instead of already existing similar programs. Not only do I get to work on presentations, documents, and spreadsheets with this, I also like that I can open files that originated from different programs using the tools provided here.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They could make the interface more familiar to users, as currently, it departs quite a bit from the look of other existing and similar solutions.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I've been able to save thanks to this since I no longer have to purchase an office package to be able to do simple office operations on my own computer.
