PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The flexibility offered by this suite of programs is one of the best things about it, in my opinion. Whether the file type is .xml, .rtf, or .doc, we're sure that it is something we can handle. Those who don't have access to Microsoft Word don't need to worry about it. In fact, even if you don't have any other Microsoft Office tools, I think you'll be able to do well just as long as you have this suite. You can still work on basic drawings, presentations, basic databases, and spreadsheets, all with these programs included in this suite.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Their presentation software, Impress, needs to be improved. I have encountered problems wherein once I switch to a projector mode, the presentation I worked ends up completely different, with some graphics missing. I would also like to see them include a calendar app in future versions because there isn't one included in the current suite.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This has made our customer relationships better. We no longer have to write back to any of our clients asking for a different viewable file type on our end. This suite of tools opens a wide variety of file types, we can confidently open most file types sent to us by clients without any problem. It has leveled up our client service pretty good.
