What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how user-friendly this tool is, and how it is such a great alternative to Microsoft products and how it can even come up with better work. The spreadsheets are so easy to use, which is something I appreciate since I am a professor who teaches in universities and trade schools. I have taught how to use WordStar, WordPerfect, Microsoft Office Excel, and Word, and I feel like this was a better product for me to have taught instead.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

To be honest, there isn't anything I can think of to complain about when it comes to this tool.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The biggest benefit I've experienced from using this is the fact that the file sizes are smaller when I save them. You do have to export it to Microsoft Excel if you're thinking of sharing files with other people, but otherwise, this tool is really good enough as it is. I even use it to manage my entire medical and financial system.
