It’s a viable alternative to more common office suites

What are the best aspects of this product?

I've been looking for an alternative to other office solutions and I ended up liking this one because of the multiple features that come with this. Thanks to this tool, I've been able to work with presentations, spreadsheets, and documents, even if I don't have other more expensive office products. I also like how compatible files made with other programs are to this one. I can easily open files that originated from there on the set of office tools provided by this solution.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The look of the interface could be improved. It looks much different from the interfaces available in other solutions, which might make it harder for other people to get the hang of using it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This tool has made it easier for me to budget my finances. Since I can perform simple office operations on my own computer without having to pay a hefty price tag, I can use the money I saved for something else instead.
