Just as good as MS Word

What are the best aspects of this product?

I'm a longtime user fo this tool and I have to say that there are a lot of things about it that I've grown to love, ranging from its characteristics to its user interface. For one, I'd say that there are aspects of it that are even better than Microsoft Word, such as the ability to have various rows attached to a board at once. It's really helpful when you're operating onboard. Another small thing that I appreciate is how easier it is to change writing from all caps to no caps. Everything that I need or like from Word is also available in this tool. The search feature could use some improvement, though. They could also make things more intuitive since correct registration is required and Internet sleuthing is required if one wants to perform a search. They could also show how to replace two-sentence labels with one. The spreadsheet tool is also inferior compared to Microsoft Excel. With Excel, tasks are easier to compose and don't lead to irritation like they do with the spreadsheet tool provided here.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They could ensure that formatting ends up the same, even if the files created are opened in a different editor. Currently, there is no assurance that your document will look the same if you open it anywhere else.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to this tool, I've been able to save money since I don't have to shell out money for a competitive package for me to be able to work on necessary documents.
