What are the best aspects of this product?

I prefer open-source software, so it wasn't difficult for me to like this one. I appreciate the constant updates I get from the community and even from specialists, and it is impressive how can go toe to toe with other office and business environment software even if it's open source. I also like how easy it is to make the transition to this from Microsoft Office. Best of all, this one is easy on the pocket since it is free and I don't have to constantly spend for new versions every year.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There may be some compatibility issues for people who have only ever used Microsoft Office. For instance, since the software user interface has some differences, two people working together over a single document might find that they aren't on the same page.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

All of my office document needs are met by this tool. It has also been easy to get other people to use this as well since it is actually pretty user-friendly, even more so if people have already used other office document applications. This has also helped me to share documents with people using different suites since it can save in many different file formats.
