What are the best aspects of this product?

The number of office programs that I get from a single download is a lot and I appreciate that. I also love how a number of people can correctly load files I've made with this since I can save in a number of formats. The same goes for me; I can open a number of different file formats using this tool. The fact that this is open source is also something that I like because that means that the updates are constant and I can be sure that they are addressing the current needs of their users.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think they can still improve the user interfaces and layouts since they don't look current when compared to other similar existing programs. Formatting and spacing can also be an issue since there are some inconsistencies present.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Whether I'm coming up with spreadsheets, presentations, memos, press releases, or contracts, I can be sure that this tool will be able to meet those needs. I have found this software to be dependable and useful, whatever activity I may be using it for, at whatever time of the day. The community is also very reliable and is constantly coming up with new ways and new fixes that make the software even better.
