What are the best aspects of this product?
I'm confident in saying that using this tool will convince anybody that there is no need to check out other similar software. Everything included is so intuitive and helpful, and people who have already used similar tools will not find it difficult to start using this one. I also appreciate the multiple formatting options available to me, which really helps in making the final product look aesthetically-pleasing. I also like how easy it is to convert documents to webpages of PDF files.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I usually switch between Microsoft Word and the equivalent word processing program here, and while there usually isn't a lot of problems, there are instances where the formatting option available here can't be replicated or isn't compatible to Word. I don't think this is an issue for most people, but since I work with more complicated publishing features I've encountered this issue every once in a while. I hope that future versions address this. I also encountered freezing issues when I used the iPad app for this, but from what I hear those problems have already been resolved in a newer version. In fact, the only reason I haven't installed the newest app is because of the constraints of my device. Other than these minor complaints, I think the people behind this have always been diligent with providing updates.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This tool has been a big help to me in my life in academia as well as in my personal life. It's a very valuable software and I can see it's so popular because it can be used in different environments and industries.
