What are the best aspects of this product?

One of the things that I most like about this is that I don't need prior in-depth knowledge of computers to be able to use it properly. It is very convenient, and the tools are intuitive and work well with each other, making the user experience really pleasant. I also appreciate that my spelling is being checked even as I type. The functions are so simple that you get to maximize all its features, making its way to success.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish the files created with this were much more compatible with Microsoft Word. I've also encountered issues with downloading the setup file because of how large it is. I also did not like that I had to download the entire package just to use one tool. I would also like the option to modify the second keyboard shortcuts.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

An area that was improved by our use of this suite was collaboration. Thanks to this, one document can be worked on by different people at the same time. We can all be confident that the document or file won't be corrupted or that we would encounter an error.
