What are the best aspects of this product?

There are a lot of things to like about this but the best thing about it is that it's free. On top of that, I like that this free software works just as well as the other types of office software that you have to pay for. I've been able to produce documents, create and edit slideshows, and make financial calculations with all the tools provided here, and I can even have those documents be compatible with other software.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

A couple of things can be improved. I think the whole installation process could be made easier and more intuitive. The process of selecting a file type could be made more user-friendly as well because currently, you have to open a menu just to select a file type.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to this tool, we've been able to bring down our budget and edit and create files even if we do not pay for a license for office software.
