What are the best aspects of this product?

I love the multiple tools at my disposal with this solution. I have presentation software, spreadsheets, a text editor, and a lot more. The variety of things that I can do is also impressive. I can create HTML files, save in ODF format, and even open documents made in other solutions with very little hassle. Another thing I appreciate is how compatible it is with both Linux and Windows. I also like the database tool that is built-in, its ability to export PDF, as well as the support provided for the OASIS OpenDocument format. But the best thing is the fact that you get all of this for free. It is really amazing that you can get a top-notch alternative to other much more expensive solutions without even having to spend anything.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There have been compatibility issues with other solutions when it comes to the files created on this software, but other than that there isn't really anything I can complain about.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to this tool, I did not need to spend a significant amount on an office solution to be able to perform a majority of the tasks required of me in the office.
