User-friendly and a good alternative

What are the best aspects of this product?

There are a number of things that I like about this tool. It is user-friendly and easy on the pocket. The tools and features provided are really helpful, and I found it easy to integrate this with other tools. I also appreciated how compatible its files are to MS Office. I like how many features it has and how spreadsheets, slides, and other basic productivity tools are present. Another thing I like is how portable it is. I can use it wherever I am. The resource center provided is also a great help for people that may need some guidance when using this. But the best thing about this is that it provides all the same things Microsoft Office does all while being free.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have to admit that while it does everything Microsoft Office does, it isn't as robust or potent. It isn't as advanced or as functional as MS Office. I also wish that I didn't have to save files in Office if I want to share them with other people. It really defeats the purpose of this tool being a Microsoft Office alternative when I still need to have Microsoft Office around.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

File management and editing is easier now thanks to the help provided by this tool. It is so portable and convenient that it's not hard to be impressed. This tool has also helped us rescue corrupted files, which I have to say is something that MS Office can't do.
