Good QBO counterpart

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that Aplos allows me to handle accounting for our funds better than other cloud-based software. The customer service is great because they're responsive and provides tools and training opportunities for us to improve.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great if the issues are few and far between because it can feel tiring. It would also be helpful for the reporting to be improved, such as being able to import deposits per batch, instead of manual entry.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Aplos was able to solve our problem for more complex fund accounting that specifically fits our non-profit needs.
