What are the best aspects of this product?

Aplos is a simple tool that serves its purpose. It can be configured and tailored according to the needs of its users. They have a solid support crew too. These guys are always at the ready to help. Sometimes, they even go out of their way to assist us with issues about the program. They're attentive and responsive--two of the qualities that I look for in a team.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have not come across any issue that the Aplos team have not been able to solve. Whenever I hit walls, they're always willing to help me out.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to Aplos, we've finally transitioned to cloud-based accounting. This way, whenever a donation comes through, we can quickly process it and direct it to the funding that needs it most. There is now less manual work and we can finally focus on growing our advocacy.
