What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that Aplos provides a lot of resources and hosts seminars to help us do better in our line of work. It's reliable and secure too. We use it for accounting and its features are the best among its competitors. To top it all off, their support team is really responsive too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I'm not going to sugarcoat it: I have experienced a myriad of issues ever since using Aplos. Of course, their team is always ready to solve my complaints but it would be nice if they could clean up and audit the solution itself rather than wait for users to file for bugs.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We've successfully migrated from Quickbooks to Aplos. Now, our accounting process is a lot more simple and fast. It does not give us a one-size-fits-all computation too. The solutions that they give us are very tailored and answer to our needs well.
