What are the best aspects of this product?

Aplos is a breath of fresh air in the industry. Working in a non-profit organization requires a lot of skills and multi-tasking roles, and I'm glad that being an accountant does not have to be my strongest point. After all, I now have Aplos to help me figure out the budget, the donation flow, etc. I like that I have the option to upgrade into a higher tier subscription too. Plus, they have a stellar team working for them. They are always ready to help and even go above and beyond their call of duty.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Aplos is not as complete as I would like it to be. There are some features, especially in the aspect of payroll management, that need more improvement.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This has helped me manage our budget more seamlessly. With just a few tweaks, I'm sure that Aplos will help us thrive in the industry.
