What are the best aspects of this product?

There are two things that I love about Aplos: it's straightforward and it has a solid team available to users. I highly recommend this tool!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't understand why there are such big discrepancies in between subscription tiers. The differences in terms of features are not that stark and it's difficult to justify the price hikes. I also think that there are features in the higher tiers that can be considered as "basic" and should be included in the basic packages.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Aplos lets me and my fellow volunteers handle the accounting and budgeting at the same time. This way, we can chip away at the work without having to wait for one person to finish their tasks. It is such a great tool to have. Whenever we encounter issues, the team over at Aplos are always very helpful too.
