Using this was the best decision we’ve ever made!

What are the best aspects of this product?

Aplos deserves all of its good reviews. I love how simple and straightforward its interface is. Whatever we need concerning accounting, it has a slew of services to assist us--from charting different accounts, to managing the inflow of donations, to keeping track of information about our donors. This last one, in particular, is a lot more manageable now. We can simply search through our directory of donors with just a few clicks of a button. The reports are insightful too. It gives us a peek into our performance and lets us know which areas we can still improve on.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing. We're simply on the lookout for the next update. We bet that it will be as thorough as the last one.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We used to work with Quickbooks before converting to Aplos. This has definitely been a good move. Now, we no longer shell out as much money for a subscription and we still get the same things done.
