What are the best aspects of this product?

We used to work with Quickbooks but we wanted to be able to take note and acknowledge donors for their contributions. With Aplos, we can do all this and more. It's easy to learn too. Just imagine: I was able to successfully introduce this to a group of older members of the organization and they've been able to learn it without any problem. The tech support is great too!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Aplos is constantly updating and changing. It would be nice if they do this in large impacts instead of incrementally.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With most of my clients on Aplos, I can now easily play the field and oversee operations from here too.
