What are the best aspects of this product?
It has plenty of worthy features. The thing that I love most is being able send a text message to tenants and owners via the site itself. We constantly receive phone calls. If I'm able to send a message to a person, it'll save me a whole lot of time. I love how they can provide courses/seminars on dealing with the product's latest features.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There's nothing much to hate with the system. But there have been tendancie where it would take a long while to update. This makes it difficult especially when an e-mail has yet been sent to the vendor for completion. It's even more challenging to make a confirmation if things have been done. I get annoyed when the changes and updates are made without me knowing ahead of time.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Managing time is critical when it comes to property management. This holds true in the maintenance department. Through AppFolio, I can take a peek as to how long a work order is opened. I can also see if anyone left notes that could of great assistance to the process and the result process.
