What are the best aspects of this product?
The messaging application is perhaps the most useful function to us. I can have an overview of the plan by the maintenance department with the renter, their message log and even special agreements. It's a centralized location for notes, emails and letters that we can all collaborate to provide our renters, investors and sellers a cohesive and consistent conversations.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The checks tend to be a bit sluggish. Also, would be nice to have a program that would better integrate high-resolution images for effective and benefecial inspection.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Our work system revolves mainly around Appfolio. It has helped us to easily schedule showing with potential renters. It saves the appointment automatically, notifies texts, and updates my calendar. Would be great if you could also do the same with move-ins, during inspections or even with maintenance repairs.
