What are the best aspects of this product?

Appfolio is simply great to have around! I get to monitor everything that's going on with our rental residential business! We've been using it to store images and leases. We even notify our tenants on their due rent through it! We have the ability to directly post ads on it!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hate the fact that it takes a certain process to kick things off. But once you're able to input everything in the system, things are lot easy to deal with.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have the capacity to store things in a single location. All of my emloyees are on the same page as I am. Thanks to this tool, it made things convenient.
