I really like working with this software

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that this system is easy to use and integrates well with everything that is needed for properly managing of the rents and properties. We used software where we had to input from one accounting section to another manually. I’m happy that we don’t have to do that and I like that we have everything integrated. All we have to do is to click on items in order to see where the numbers came from.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t like that we can’t separate various tenant CAM processes. Also, in the beginning it might be awekward when reconciling the Bank statement with Appfolio. I’d like to see an option where we can close a month and in this way we cannot go back and edit things easily.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It provides us with full integration of all accounting into one software.
