What are the best aspects of this product?

Appfolio offers great set of features and I really like the one that it allows me to send message to the tenants and owners through this system. It saves me lot of time when sending them messages because we have lot of phone calls and we spent lot of time while on the phone. Also, they offer courses and seminars about this system and how you can use it to its fullest.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It takes some time when there are things for updating and it can be really difficult when the email wasn’t sent to a vendor for completion. All in all, the product works great and this is minor issue which is not dislike at all.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

When it comes to maintenance department the time management is very efficient. This product helps us to keep track of time spent and to keep track of notes and performances of the processes.
