It can post job postings on different platforms and even help you boost them according to priority or according to what platform has more traffic. Also, it adapts to your workflow by having to modify or personalize the app according to preference.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

For the applicants, it seems that it is hard for them to fill out the forms and the onboarding function of the app is a little bit difficult to navigate on. For the HR, adding people involved in the hiring process is also tedious because the only people allowed to do that were the main administrator.
