What are the best aspects of this product?

I would like to commend their chat support because they really helped us setting up the application and answered all our questions quickly. ApplicantPro is the most user-friendly application for hiring I have ever used! I am mostly assigned to posting job offers on websites and other platforms and collecting applications from these platforms. I really love how I can post a job offer on different platforms in just one click and collecting "resumes" is easier using the app.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The application is not modifiable according to the preference of the HR department of our team. But, once contacted, their support helped us personalize the application.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Personalized questions per job posting, personalized use of the application, and easier way of communicating with applicants.
