What are the best aspects of this product?

ApplicantPro is a great way to collate everything related to the hiring process. It makes everything from submission of applications to the onboarding process accessible, hence, helping the HR and even the managers select qualified applicants. ApplicantPro is a great value for our money.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Navigating the application is sometimes tedious especially in looking up applicants for a specific job offer. Although there is a way to see the applicants by filtering the categories in search, it would help to see them collated in one specific "folder" or "group." Also, it would be nice to see other applicants using the application to help us gather passive applicants.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

ApplicantPro is a great tool for an expanding business or when the people involved in the hiring process come from different parts of the world or area.
