Organized and faster-hiring process

What are the best aspects of this product?

Using ApplicantPro has improved the speed and organization of our hiring process. It is easy to use and it helps in keeping track of applicants along the hiring process. What I really like is that there is a designated page for each applicant which acts as the resume/cv and we can leave comments on the applicant's profiles so others can review it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Opening an applicant's profile and then it opens in a new tab instead of the same tab you're currently in.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The hiring process has become faster and more organized.
