What are the best aspects of this product?
Aside from the interface being easy to use and visually appealing, I love how intuitive it is. I can also sync it with my personal calendars. I usually use this product for scheduling service calls with my technicians.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
My technicians said that sometimes it doesn’t sync right with the mobile calendars they’re using. But that was way back then, they have probably fixed it now.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We preferred using AppointmentPlus rather than the native calendar app on Mac OS X and it was great. There was mostly no problem integrating it to my technicians’ windows, android, and iOS mobile devices. In general, it provides a smoother experience for us.
