PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the ability to do a lot of things such as setting up multi-client and individual appointments, modifying session lengths every other week, and creating a schedule for every employee. And since the scheduler is online, our clients are able to access and set up appointments anytime they want to. Aside from that, AppointmentPlus folks are incredible to work with. They are polite, flexible, prompt, and proactive when it comes to providing solutions to occasional glitches.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some of the information in their knowledge base has errors, lacks specific details, and vital steps are omitted. But I noticed that the AP team are working on it and the resources are constantly improving. They are also very accommodating and polite.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We moved from a paper-based system to AppointmentPlus and are now enjoying the ease of scheduling, tracking appointments, and acquiring analytics. Aside from that, scheduling different types of appointments and clients have become more manageable.
