What are the best aspects of this product?
What I really love about this product is that it has robust reporting features. There’s a record for transaction histories, trends regarding customer purchase, and more. There are even templates that allow us to generate reports much faster.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I really hope the access levels would be more flexible since it would be more convenient that way. For example, if I can choose which users can have access to particular calendars then it would be much easier.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We were quite struggling with having new employees adapt to our workflow but with AppointmentPlus’ on-boarding and training features for newly hired staff, it becomes more manageable.
