What are the best aspects of this product?

AppointmentPlus is incredibly easy to use that anyone can utilize it without training. In fact, two minutes into navigating the software, I already knew my way around it very well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I do not like the colors and layout of the interface. I wish I can change them to suit my preferences.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Because of AppointmentPlus, I can set up the test schedules for students while tracking their progress. It is also a huge help that everyone in our team can view the testing history as well as the notes on every student.
