AppointmentPlus generally simplified the process of setting up appointments. No more wasted effort and time trying to find the most convenient time for the appointment. No need to assist and email clients about bookings. They can self-schedule and find the time slot that works for them.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There’s no problem using the software yet. It is great.

I don’t have to spend a significant amount of time scheduling appointments. The software automates the process and it’s awesome!
