Appointy is great tool for every businessman. Within the software there is a search engine that allows you to search and book a service in your area, to accept appointments by phone, to accept online booking form users on your website and many other options. It really helps for increasing business productivity.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t like that the free plan is very limited with ads and allows small amounts of appointments.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This tool is great for online booking and scheduling without any problem. We managed to improve the interaction with our customers.
