I am very satisfied with Appointy

What are the best aspects of this product?

Wonderful product, the support team is great and they even allow me to use the phone support even though I don’t subscribe to the service. It provides detailed database. I am able to customize and limit the appointy branding and to sync it with Google calendar. It is easy to use and intuitive tool.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I had one issue with this program when client tried to cancel the appointment he received an error message.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I have Yoga Therapy business, and this product it’s really helpful for my business, it makes my business more professional. There is an option to pre-approve an appointment before it is confirmed with the client, this great because it allows me to confirm the space that is available to use before I can confirm the request. Appointy offers an option to block out the appointy calendar when there is no free space for rent. If someone wants to schedule an appointment from 10-11, appointy may allow space for someone else to book at 11am, and I need to set a buffer time for appointments. This has to be considered at other end of the appointment.
