What are the best aspects of this product?
Great aesthetics. I can receive help even if I'm not subscribing to the service offering phone support. The self-help database is comprehensive. I can make customizations and offer restrictions to Appointy branding.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I'm currently two months into using the program. Client usage is limited at this point. The only complaint we received so far was a bad link that I sent out. Client decided to cancel an appointment but ended up getting an error message.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I strongly feel that booking online can help make my business look more professional. My business is all about yoga therapy. The thing that complicates my business is calendar management of a person from whom I'm renting space to. The good news is, Appointy is giving me the option in approving an appointment beforehand prior to confirming things with a client.
