Chat support was a big help. The agent behind it all did a spectacualr job. He tailored my appointments. He was able to walk me through everything I needed.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It appears the software is a bit hard to break down. I had to ask support to help me out on that.

We're doing a lot of test-drive events. I feel this is a tool that will work to its full potential. We're confident it can make things happen for us in the long term. It's a great asset!
