Apptivo's support team is fast to respond whenever we encounter issues. They are quick to identify the problem and good at communicating what needs to be done to fix it. They are also receptive to client feedback.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We are still on the onboarding process and everything is going smoothly so far. Their support team is providing us with all that we need to learn how to use their product. We look forward to seeing some of our suggestions in the next version of the software.

Apptivo is cost-friendly CRM software that is very easy to use and navigate. Given the number of integrations that come with it, we would say that it is a very good choice.
