PROS: Their interface elements are easy to access, understand and simple to navigate. I've used quite a few over the years from Navision, Zoho to Act and Apptivo supersedes their competitors on every level. The spreadsheet upload process is easy and practical! The customization is robust and simple to use. You also get the best value for your money!

CONS: I have not found anything that has been problematic or could work better. I came form using ACT so everything thus far has been a colossal upgrade.
