PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Their interface elements are easy to access, understand and simple to navigate. I've used quite a few over the years from Navision, Zoho to Act and Apptivo supersedes their competitors on every level. The spreadsheet upload process is easy and practical! The customization is robust and simple to use. You also get the best value for your money!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have not found anything that has been problematic or could work better. I came form using ACT so everything thus far has been a colossal upgrade.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would like to see a built in dialer.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I had an isolated "filtering" issue and their support and technical team resolved the issue in a swift and professional manner.
