What are the best aspects of this product?

I love the fact that it is very easy to use. Also, the customer support at APS is excellent. I'm very impressed with APS because it is easy to teach even beginners to leverage payroll software with zero experience how to use it and access and review data.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

APS has only one data field (Base Location) and you can't add new locations. It would be better if I could do that myself without the need to contact customer support.

We can accurately track all locations in seven states where we offer disaster recovery.
