Pros: I love the fact that it is very easy to use. Also, the customer support at APS is excellent. I'm very impressed with APS because it is easy to teach even beginners to leverage payroll software with zero experience how to use it and access and review data.

Cons: APS has only one data field (Base Location) and you can't add new locations. It would be better if I could do that myself without the need to contact customer support.

Pros: The outstanding feature of this app is that it has the option to pull reports through self-serve. All supervisors can also use the software reporting feature. Also, it's simple and easy to navigate. The automatic system is important especially when a customer is switching from a manual process.

Cons: The disadvantage with APS is that the reporting feature in APSonline is not very accurate which is frustrating when you need to process payroll for students or staff. We chose APS because we thought that payroll, time and attendance would be efficient and easier but it's not that way.
