PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the simplicity of the APS software. It is quick and easy to use when you want to submit payroll. Another thing is that E-self serve is efficient and easy to use for our employees and supervisors.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

What I don't like with APS is that we don't have visibility to back end formulas for some items like vacation accruals, so we can't check for accuracy what's underlying. Moreover, you can't go back and look at accruals at points in time because vacation accrual is only real-time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use APS for payroll. It has reduced the time we used for data entry by over 8 hours.
