Excellent software for payroll processsing

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the fact that APS have a responsive and supportive customer service team. APS has been a go to solution for our company for over 5 years because its cost and service superceeds other payroll software. The platform is easy to navigate and this makes it easy to use. I am pleased with their service.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They no longer offer the small business package unlike before, which I liked very much because it worked really well for my start-up clients.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Working with APS has helped to focus my time on what will benefit my clients best. It enables me to offer cost effective and secure payroll solutions to my clients.
