I like the fact that APS have a responsive and supportive customer service team. APS has been a go to solution for our company for over 5 years because its cost and service superceeds other payroll software. The platform is easy to navigate and this makes it easy to use. I am pleased with their service.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
They no longer offer the small business package unlike before, which I liked very much because it worked really well for my start-up clients.
