What are the best aspects of this product?
I like the fact that our account representative is always available or calls back quickly. Also, the initial setup for basic payroll services is very easy. Moreso, there are frequent updates where they add new features which enhance the system.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I found the Affordable Care Act difficult to setup and to maintain. I also wish that it was easy to mark certain employees as full time, and have another separate checkbox for "Include in ACA Variable Hour." I also dislike that the E-SelfServe user names are preset to numbers and employees cannot change the username.

We use APS for payroll because it is cheaper to process payroll in-house.
