What are the best aspects of this product?

The outstanding feature of this app is that it has the option to pull reports through self-serve. All supervisors can also use the software reporting feature. Also, it's simple and easy to navigate. The automatic system is important especially when a customer is switching from a manual process.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The disadvantage with APS is that the reporting feature in APSonline is not very accurate which is frustrating when you need to process payroll for students or staff. We chose APS because we thought that payroll, time and attendance would be efficient and easier but it's not that way.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

APS has enabled us to switch from manual use of paper time cards to an automated system. This has made the process efficient because we dont have to deal with late or lost time cards. Our students are more proactive now with timekeeping. Moreover, all employees have access to their own hours and pay stubs and can we can access to see who's working currently.
