What are the best aspects of this product?
I have had a wonderful experience both personal and professional from hiring to processing payroll. The customer support replies quickly and they are always courteous. The support team makes me feel welcome whether through call or in person in their office. It is great using APS.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I have no complains so far because the customer support team are always quick to assist whenever there's an issue.
