Simple and very useful

What are the best aspects of this product?

The most outstanding part of this software is that it is very user-friendly and it's not over-complicated. There is a lot of information available in one database, which is really helpful. Also, the document manager feature is very useful when you need to get employee signatures or when communicating company-wide documents. The report manager makes it easy to develop reports through the templates or even when you need to make one from scratch.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes the software becomes unresponsive especially during a period of heavy usage. Nevertheless, you can easy fix that with a simple refresh (Ctrl+F5).

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Before we used APS for payroll solutions. Now we have incorporated other features like the Time & Attendance and the Benefits Management features.
