What are the best aspects of this product?

I have tried a few mapping platforms and nothing comes close to ArcGIS Enterprise. Its functions span across improving organization administration; data handling; mapping; analytics with easy to understand visualization. Today, the platform is a fundamental system in our daily grind.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are a few components that have its kinks that have not been resolved. So it's half a star lower until those issues are fixed.
